J. Steven Bartley is the president of Ciera Bank.  He started the Aledo National Bank in 2006. With the same ownership and management, Steve changed the name to Ciera Bank and currently has 8 banking centers in the North Texas region.

 

Steve earned his degree in Business Administration at TCU in 1982. He then earned his Master Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Villanova, studied at SMU at the Southwest School of Banking Commercial Lending, attended the Texas Banking Association Compliance School in Austin, and the Texas Association of School Boards Leadership & Governess. Steve services on the Board of Directors of Ciera Bank, Trustee on the Aledo ISD School Board, member of the BDGA, BDGA Foundation, Aledo Lions Club and the Ft Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.

 

He is married to Jay Bartley and they currently have 2 sons, Hayden Bartley 23, Sophomore at Texas A&M Law School and Preston Bartley 20, Junior at Oklahoma State University Mechanical Engineering.

 

His hobbies include collecting classic cars and motorcycles, golf, hunting, fishing, wine and mostly hanging out with his family and friends.
