CSM is fully capable of handling projects from Title Surveys, Easement Surveys, Flood Certificates, ALTA Surveys, Platting and Replatting, Construction and Utility Staking, to multi-year complete commercial development projects inclusive of all phases of surveying, platting, and construction staking. Since opening in 2003, CSM has grown to be a beneficial part of all of your surveying needs throughout the great state of Texas. Patrick and his wife Jennifer have twin girls, Hallee and Hadlee, and are proud to call Aledo their home. Patrick is currently serving on the BDGA Board of Directors as the Community Events Chair.
