Michael L Pierce is the president/CEO of Piertech Design Consultants located in Aledo, Texas. Piertech was founded in 2003 as a custom CAD design firm, and has expanded to include a variety of drafting services, civil design, land planning, GIS mapping, custom residential/ commercial building design, and foundation design.  Michael is a member of the American Institute of Building Design and the Texas Institute of Building Design.

A graduate of Tarleton State University, Michael began his career with FMC Technologies in Stephenville, whom he presently provides CAD services.  He gained further experience working with two other firms before venturing out on the opportunity that has become Piertech.

Michael and his wife, Erin live in Aledo with their two boys, Ethan (10) and Andrew(6). The family enjoys the outdoors, camping, hiking, and biking.  They also stay busy with the various sports activities that the boys are involved with.  Michael has served on the board of directors for Aledo Athletics.  He is currently the Chairman of the board of the Aledo Friends of the NRA.  Michael also served on the Weatherford College Technical Advisory Board.
