Mark Farmer Bio

Mark is the Owner of four companies that are all construction related and has enjoyed a diverse career in Real Estate related areas for the past 28 years. In 2005, after selling another home building company, he founded 4 Square Construction, LP and Mark Farmer Custom Homes. 4 Square Construction is a commercial construction company which builds small to mid-size commercial buildings as well as tenant finish out and commercial remodeling. Mark Farmer Custom Homes is a custom home building company focusing on customer satisfaction while being fiducially responsible on their customer’s behalf which he believes creates a positive and enjoyable building experience. Mark is the co-owner of AdamsMark Builders, LLC, a company founded in 2013 to build speculative homes with a custom home appeal. And finally, BuilderWise Solutions, LLC., which was created based on the request of other local and not so local builders that were in need of consultation in the building and real estate arena.

Mark has been active in the community as well. He has been a member of the BDGA since its inception and is currently on the Board of Directors acting as President. He has also served on the Planning and Zone Commission for the City of Aledo for seven years, three of which he served as the chairman. Is a member of the Parker County Builders Association of which he served as President for two terms. A member of the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association where he has severed on the board of directors. As well as a member of the Texas and National Association of Home Builders.

In his spare time, Mark and his wife Erin enjoy spending time with their four children (Justin, Richard, Faith & Hannah) in all of their extracurricular activities.

Mark appeared in the TV movie (The Day After) in 1983, came face to face with a Grizzly Bear in the Alaskan Wilderness and surprisingly has survived the fact that three of his four children are triplets.
